We design direct mail campaigns, choose homes to be modeled, design the logo and on-site signage and create a take away sales brochure. Consistancy and repeated exposure to our market is the way we get the buyers to our location.
Sales - We model our pro-formas based on your expectaions. Velocity sales or maximize price. Either way we create a marketing plan to meet your needs. We keep you informed through weekly sales reports.
More important we are trained sales professionals. We will give each potential buyer the most professional presentation and always ask for the sale.
Once we have the contract written we work closely with the builder division to assure that the completion date is met, the walk throughs are completed and the customers arrive at the closing table happy and proud to own their new home.
